Join us for an evening of networking, and hear from Syracuse University Trustee Mike Thonis ’72 as he discusses his career path, which started at Syracuse. Thonis is the managing director and founding partner at Charlesbank. Prior to co-founding Charlesbank, he served as managing director at Harvard Private Capital Group, and worked at Bain & Company, providing strategic planning assistance to large US-based corporations.
Thonis holds an undegraduate degree from Syracuse, along with graduate degrees from MIT and Harvard. He also serves as vice chair of the Boston Museum of Science and on the Board of Trustees of New England Conservatory.
Networking begins at 6:30 p.m., and the presentation at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $10 and includes light food and refreshments. Register today!

Pub Night Networking Event
Third Thursday of every month, 5:30 p.m.
One Federal Street, 38th Floor, Boston
The Downtown Harvard Club holds Pub Night, a monthly networking event on the third Thursday of each month. Complimentary appetizers will be served from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., and the bar and pub remain open until 10 p.m. Pub Nights are held at One Federal Street, 38th Floor. After 5 p.m., parking in the One Federal Street Garage is just $7. Dress code is business casual—no jeans, sneakers, t-shirts or baseball caps, please. Questions? Contact Brianne Miers.
